Welcome to Luna Glow Beauty and Wellness...I'm Shiarn, a beauty and holistic therapist living on the Norfolk coast; I have over ten years spa/salon experience but now I am based in my tranquil treatment room at home.
Over the years, I have honed in on the treatments that I truly enjoy- skincare, facials & holistic therapies; I can now give each client a more tailored experience & there is a treatment to suit every budget. Making women feel great about themselves and giving them their 'me time' is so rewarding, carving that special time out for yourself in your diary to have a treatment to look forward to can do wonders for your mental health.
I limit how may clients I have a day, so that my last client receives the same treatment as the first. This is important to me as I don't like my clients to feel rushed in any way.
Female wellness and postpartum recovery is something I am an advocate and am extremely passionate about.

Qualifications/experience:
I completed two years of training at East Coast College level 2 and level 3 NVQ beauty therapy in 2012, I was a spa therapist at a local five star holiday resort, afterwards, managing beauty and holistic side of a hair salon for six years. In 2015, I went back to college to study level 4 sports therapy massage, this gave me a much more in depth knowledge of the human body.

In 2016, I studied Reiki 1, and 2021 I became a level two Reiki practitioner. In 2018 I qualified in pregnancy massage. In 2021, I qualified as a beauty therapy educator and I currently teach at a local training school.

Skincare brands I have trained in/used include: Espa, Guinot Paris, Decleor, Eve Taylor, Amphora Aromatics, Clinicare & Tropic Skincare. I am passionate about skin health, the more natural the better; none of the products I use are tested on animals.

Mother and Baby Wellness - New for 2024!
I am so excited to extend my business and launch baby led classes and workshops such as baby massage, baby yoga and postpartum relaxation, something that is fundamental to postpartum recovery.

I recently had my daughter in December 2023. When she was five months old, 'Luna Babies - Mother & Baby Wellness' was created. I did my training with Settled Petals, a FENDANT registered training company and I am now an insured Baby Yoga and Baby Massage instructor. I learned so many helpful tools for colic, wind, teething, sleep and more which I can't wait to share!
After struggling during postpartum myself, at my local baby groups I noticed how common post natal depression, anxiety and OCD are in our area. It takes a village to raise a child and the modern mum and dad is often overwhelmed. My aim for the sessions is for you to be able to relax with your baby and meet other parents to connect with.

A non-invasive treatment where carbon dioxide (CO2- a naturally ocurring gas in our body) is infused into the skin, which signals our body to secure oxygen into the skin. After the first treatment, results are immediate, such as smaller pores, wrinkles are less noticeable, hydration boosted, improved swelling, less noticeable under eye circles & pigmentation reduced. This treatment improves regenerative processes in the deeper layers, so more positive effects happen over a few weeks. A course of treatments are recommended, with improved results after each session. Depending on the desired results a series of between 4 to 8 treatments of non-invasive carboxytherapy is recommended and the treatments can be conducted once every 7 to 14 days.
